Duties of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair:

• Maintaining justice, impartiality, fairness, and distributable resources within our professional fraternity.
  
• Ensuring all members – marginalized and non-marginalized – can participate in decision-making activities and feel valued and accepted within our organization. 
  
• Giving brothers the opportunity to be united with varying social classes, races, sexual orientations, and genders while being open and accepting of views that may differ from our own.
